Return Policy

At Math Master, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources and products to our customers. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which purchases made on www.mathmaster.co.za may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
1. General Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The request must be submitted within the 7-day return period.
Math Master reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Downloadable digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded
- Educational resources that show clear signs of use
- Any item damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
4. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be made using the original method of payment
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Math Master.
